Hatha Flow & Yin Yoga

Hatha flow creating mindful movement using our physical body with our breath. We end our session with a guided relaxation to complete our practice and further support awareness of our mind, body and breath.

Yin yoga is a deeper nurturing and restful practice that allows space to rest and restore. Practicing this way supports us to work deeper in to the tissue and fascia of the body improving muscle function, recovery and range of motion.

We work on strengthening, stretching the body within our practice, we draw upon the yoga foundational principles that have lead us to our understanding of yoga over thousands of years. Jess and Katrina welcome you to a workshop of wellbeing and creativity. The workshop with have a βthemeβ and soulful craft. We combine a gentle yoga practice, creative craft, relaxation and meditation for overall wellness for body, mind and breath.

We offer a variety of classes for all levels, including vinyasa, hatha, yin chair yoga and workshops. Our community classes support you to build strength, increase flexibility, and support your wellbeing.
