About Me

Yoga has been part of my life in different ways for over 25 years. I have always been aware of the benefits of my yoga practice to my wellbeing mentally and physically.  Although,  I had never explored  the depths of yoga to appreciate and learn more than the physical practice I knew. 

I am an active person, running, cycling, walking and sea swimming, but things changed when I had a significant shift in attention with both work and life changes. An Achilles injury lead me to condense my activities, lending more space mentally, and physically for yoga.  This coincided with a new community work role working holistically with clients evoking pathways, goals and connections for social,  physical and mental wellbeing or change.  

It was as this time I felt inspired to explore yoga teaching to gain a deeper understanding for a personal journey.   My intention was to have some time to learn and study (with the added bonus  of asana practice).  What I didn't realise was that, what started as a personal journey  had also ignited a spark for me to share the light of  yoga with others.   


EveryBODY has a yoga body, and we work with the body we have for our practice.
